Salvage publication day

It’s here! Salvage publication day has arrived.

I couldn’t resist dropping in to Imprints to see it on the table, front and centre – gotta love local indie bookshops.

Salvage on the table at Imprints

I am looking forward to all the launches, starting here on June 5. And pleased to share that due to popular demand/peer pressure I have added a new date to the book tour. I’ll be speaking at Fullers in nipaluna/Hobart on the 10th July. Look for more details at their events page.

That’s four launches in four states. For all the details and booking info, visit events. And keep an eye out here/on socials for a couple more east coast things later in the year that I’m not allowed to talk about just yet.

It’s been quite a journey bringing this one into the world, and wonderful to work with Picador/PanMacmillan for a third time. This STUNNING cover, by the brilliant Sandy Cull, is getting a lot of love – I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to see it in print.

In between all the pre-release nervous energy and launch planning, I haven’t stopped freelancing, of course. My latest, for The Saturday Paper [$], is on the new exhibition at ACE this month. Push/Pull involves a wonderful tactile exhibition in the gallery, plus a full performance program that I caught some of over the weekend.

More art writing coming soon. But first – I plan to take a moment to celebrate.
